International Shipping Policy

SG LEATHERS LIMITED is a company registered in Hong Kong. We plan to store leather products in China and dispatch international orders from China to eligible destinations once our international fulfilment arrangements are confirmed.

Current international shipping status

International shipping from China is being prepared and is not yet available for ordering. This page describes our planned service and does not confirm that any destination, carrier, shipping rate or delivery timeframe is currently available. We will confirm these details before enabling international checkout.

Eligible destinations and restrictions

When the service launches, we will ship only where the order, product, payment and delivery route are lawful and supported by our appointed carriers and payment providers. Availability may depend on the destination, the goods, the payment method and applicable export, import and customs requirements.

We will not accept international orders involving prohibited destinations or sanctioned parties, or destinations and transactions restricted or unsupported by our carriers or payment providers. We will also exclude destinations assessed as high risk under their applicable policies. Where Airwallex is used, orders will be subject to its applicable Acceptable Use Policy, sanctions requirements and any account-specific restrictions.

Restrictions can change. We will check the applicable requirements before making a destination available and may suspend service where legal, payment or carrier restrictions prevent fulfilment. This policy does not reproduce or claim to be an official Airwallex country blacklist, and does not imply Airwallex approval of our account, destinations or planned operations.

Shipping charges and delivery estimates

The estimated international delivery time is 14–30 calendar days from order confirmation and payment, including order processing and shipping.

Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country, shipping carrier, customs clearance, and unforeseen circumstances. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed.

Shipping charges and available shipping options will be displayed or confirmed before customers complete their orders.

Customs and import requirements

International shipments may be subject to customs clearance, import taxes, duties and carrier charges. The applicable arrangements and any charges collected by us will be explained before ordering. Charges imposed separately by destination authorities or carriers may also apply. We will not misdeclare shipment contents, origin or value.

Dispatch and delivery support

Before launch, we will confirm the fulfilment arrangements, available carriers and any tracking service. If a destination becomes unsupported or fulfilment cannot proceed, we will contact the customer about the available options, including cancellation and any applicable refund, in accordance with applicable law.

Existing local deliveries

This planned international service does not replace the existing local delivery arrangements for Palestine. Local orders remain subject to the delivery options and charges confirmed for those orders.
