Products and personalisation
Please review product descriptions, dimensions, colours, materials and any personalisation instructions before ordering. Natural leather may vary in grain, texture and colour. Screen settings can affect colour appearance. This does not remove rights where goods are faulty, incorrect or misdescribed. Personalised specifications must be agreed before production.
Prices and payments
Prices are shown in the currency displayed on the website. Review product prices and any delivery charges or taxes collected by the store before placing an order. Only the payment methods actually offered at checkout are available. Availability of Airwallex or any other payment service is subject to approval and activation; company registration or a financial account alone does not mean all card payments are available.
Order acceptance and changes
An automatic order acknowledgement confirms receipt of your order. We accept a standard order when we confirm dispatch, or a personalised order when we expressly confirm acceptance of its agreed specifications. If an item is unavailable or we cannot fulfil an order, we will contact you about the available options and refund any amount due. No additional charge or materially different substitute will be imposed without your agreement.
Shipping and planned international service
Existing local delivery arrangements continue to apply to local orders. Our proposed international fulfilment from China is still being arranged. International destinations, carrier services, shipping charges and estimated delivery times will be confirmed before international orders are enabled. The International Shipping Policy explains the current status. We will not accept an order that cannot lawfully be fulfilled or supported by the relevant shipping and payment providers.
Returns and cancellations
Our Returns & Refunds policy explains return requests, personalised goods, costs and refunds. Contact support@sgleathers.com promptly if you wish to cancel or change an order. Changes depend on dispatch and production progress, subject to your rights under applicable law.
Website use and intellectual property
Use the website lawfully and provide accurate information necessary for your order. Do not interfere with website operation, misuse payment systems or submit unlawful content. Website branding, photographs and original content may only be used with permission or as permitted by law.

Our Privacy Policy explains the information used for store operations, payments, fulfilment, support, website security, analytics and advertising, and how to contact us about privacy.
Applicable law and consumer rights
These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong, subject to any mandatory protections and rights that apply to you under the law of your place of residence. Nothing in these terms limits rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded. Please contact us first about a concern so we can seek a resolution; this does not restrict your right to use available legal remedies.
Changes
Updates will apply from the effective date shown when published. They will not remove rights already attached to an accepted order or mandatory rights under applicable law.
