Information you provide
When you buy from us or request assistance, we process information relevant to your request or order, such as your name, email address, telephone number, billing and delivery addresses, purchased products, personalisation instructions, payment status and correspondence. An account, if created, also includes the profile and order information associated with it. Please do not send full card details, passwords or identity documents through ordinary customer messages.
How we use information
We use information to manage orders and accounts, arrange payment and delivery, answer enquiries, handle returns and disputes, keep required business records, secure the website and improve its performance. Where applicable law requires a legal basis, processing may be necessary for a contract, compliance with legal obligations, legitimate interests balanced against your rights, or your consent.

The website uses WordPress and WooCommerce for store functions and Hostinger services for hosting. If you choose a third-party payment method, its provider processes payment information under its own terms and privacy notice. Airwallex payment processing remains subject to separate approval and activation; this policy does not claim that it is currently available at checkout.

International processing
The company is registered in Hong Kong and existing workshop operations are in Palestine. Hosting, payment, communications and analytics providers may process information in other countries. We are also preparing potential fulfilment from China; necessary order and delivery details would be shared with the appointed fulfilment and shipping providers if that service launches. Transfers must follow the protections required by applicable law.
Retention and protection
Information is retained for as long as reasonably necessary for its purpose, including order support, disputes and applicable accounting or legal obligations. Retention depends on the category of information and applicable requirements. We use appropriate technical and organisational safeguards; no online service or transmission can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your choices and rights
